The Pôle Grenoble Cognition , which was created in 2010 in the form of a Structure Fédérative de Recherche (FR 3381), is supported by the CNRS (INS2i), Grenoble INP and Grenoble-Alpes University. Today it brings together more than 200 scientists from a number of disciplines, from 15 laboratories in Grenoble.

Its mission is to foster a site dynamic around the cognitive sciences, promote collaborations and facilitate the advancement of knowledge in a field which remains complex and highly interdisciplinary, with major societal challenges for education, health, disability, telecommunications, etc.
